We can’t fill your cancelled appointment for someone else at such short notice, therefore all cancellations, within 24 hours of your booking time, will be charged for at 60% of the quoted price..

Try to be a few minutes early for your treatment as this gives you time to fill out forms if necessary, and to begin relaxing. If you’re late you’ll only increase your stress levels
