Wow , I suffer from hyperviligance .,.anxiety.....A week ago I had a terrible cough , I was wheezing and I did not know my daughter booked me for a session at Grace massage ...I went feeling terrible , my back throbbing....It was a beautiful experience, I felt safe in my body , enjoyed the conversation.....was an awesome experience, the miracle came when I went to see my specialist physician and nephrologist the next day ....he examined me and could not find a trace of any wheezing or coughing ....my back healed as well as my chest.

I wanted to say Thank you so much for using your healing gifts/ hands to help others, Iam so grateful I was one of them ....healed by a massage.....will definitely be back...

I am here to drop a review after seeing the most recent one - I’ve been grateful and privileged enough to be able to get certain luxuries such as a sports or deep tissue massage, and I’ve tried many due to my history with back pain. I can 100% vouch that Katherine is one of the best therapists I’ve been lucky enough to find and to work with.

Katherine is warm, caring and professional. Conversational when need be, and is able to identify what is needed and where exactly is needed, essential for a massage therapist.

I wish I had the opportunity (and finances) to do sessions more often, but since moving from Ferndale it has been more occasional.

In my experience, and as a person of ‘colour’ (as hinted by the other review) there is no ‘reluctancy’ in terms of race or culture or skin colour, but more emphasis on professionalism. If you treat your therapist with respect, they will return the favour in kind.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a pregnancy massage, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming, perfect for helping me relax. The therapist was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to ask about my specific needs and areas of discomfort.

I visited Katherine for a fasciitis plantaris that had persisted for eleven months. I just realised the pain is no longer there. It’s been 3 weeks since I saw her. Katherine has healing hands and her dedication to her service is exceptional. I don’t have to wait to be in pain to have a massage who knows what else got fixed!

2023 been over 4 years of seeing Katherine and still highly recommended!
I was lucky to find Katherine and By Grace massage a few years ago when I had severe pain in my calf. The morning after my 1st session was the first time had had woken up pain free in weeks. Since then I have seen Katherine as regularly as possible to help with injury recovery and prevention. Katherine is amazing. What else can I say. For sports people she is excellent. Able to really sort your tough muscles and knots and spasms out. Brave up. You can handle a proper sports massage. I know a review like this will increase bookings so I’ll just make sure I have my regular appointments blocked off. I’ve been seeing Katherine for a few years now. I have been seeing Katherine for hyper tension in my right arm, an ongoing problem for years after issues with RSI and a number of operations and scarring.. when I first visited, my arm was in extreme pain, spasm and difficult to use in my day to day activities.. After 4 weeks of intensive therapy, I've regained full function.. I'm very appreciative of the service.. it's professional, a very comfortable environment and friendly. Most of all Katherine is excellent at sports massage. I can highly recommend.
